Colourcolt Student Living has been established specifically to meet the challenges of providing modern, ensuite, quality accommodation offering an alternative to an abundance of outdated, tired facilities not able to meet current expectations from a more discerning student clientele.
Our Key Strategy.
We believe good quality secure accommodation is a key ingredient to a settled, happy environment. Prime location, comfort and security are pre-requisites for our schemes. All of our new properties have full Sky TV and internet access package and are equipped to the highest standard. Running costs and impact upon the environment tend to run hand in hand and with our proactive use of new technologies and innovation, we minimise both! We strive to better all minimum environmental construction standards set down to improve sustainability.
